Two kayaks (with paddles and life vests) are available for an additional $100 per week

2011-2012 BURNS LAKE CABIN WEEKLY RATES

August 13-January 4, 2012: $2350

January 5-May 25, 2012: $2150

May 26-June 29, 2012:  $2450

June 30 - August 17, 2012:  $2750

August 18, 2012 - January 4, 2013:  $2450

Two superior kayaks, one double, one single (with paddles and life jackets) are available for rent with Burns Lake Cabin for $150 per week.

Assumption of Risk for BOTH cabins:

Renters assume all risks relating to their occupacy or use of each cabin and the kayaks and will hold owners harmless for any injury to persons or property.

Deposit and Payment:

We require a non-refundable $200 deposit at the time of reservation for Burrows Lake Cabin and $300 non-refundable deposit for Burns Lake Cabin, paid by MasterCard or Visa. Final payment is due upon check-in. Any overdue rental charges, loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning to the cabins upon checkout will be charged to your credit card at our repair or replacement cost. Rental fees listed include all charges, cabin set-up and cleaning. MN state sales taxes (6.85%) will be added.

Our rental weeks run from 4 p.m. on Saturday until 11 a.m. on the following Saturday.

We are sorry, but because of the nature of this cabin and other guests' allergies, we cannot accomodate pets or smoking in either cabin.

Reduced rates are available for longer rentals and for pastors.
